Kyrgios to Washington Championship Final; Australia’s Nick Kyrgios advanced to the final of the Washington Open by beating Sweden’s Michael Emmer by two unanswered sets.

Kyrgios, the champion of the Alvin and Nineteenth edition, managed to reach the final game after sealing the first set in the break of the tie 7-6 (7-3), and Nick then finished the second set with six runs for three to qualify for the final for the second time in the five-hundred-point tournament.

In Japan’s final, Kyrgios will meet Yoshi Hito Nishioka, winner of world number eight Andy Rublev, in two sets, without a return of 6-3, 6-4.
