English Women Soccer Team are the Euro Heroes; England’s women were crowned European Cup of Nations 2022, beating Germany 2-1, following an extension in Sunday’s final at Wembley Stadium.

England first led through Ella Tony 62, but Germany returned to the game in the 79th minute when Lena Magol scored for him.

Chloe Kelly signed the winner and the reigning 111 titles in the second extra half.

This is the first time that England’s women have been named euros.

England had played twice before but had lost, in the first edition in 1984 to Sweden, and Germany in particular 6-2 in the Finnish 2009 final.
